What is an RCMP-accredited fingerprinting agency?

The RCMP-accredited fingerprinting agency is a private company that provides fingerprinting services to public patrons, these agencies must be accredited by the RCMP by completing accreditation along with assessments of security and administrative operations before being allowed to submit electronic civil fingerprint transactions to the RCMP's Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS) for criminal record search against the National Repository of Criminal Records.


Who is Frontier One Inc.

Frontier One Inc. is an RCMP- accredited fingerprinting agency authorized to take and submit fingerprints for Canadian criminal background checks. In addition, we can provide fingerprint cards digitally printed on FD-258 forms that are used by the FBI and C-216C forms for sending to foreign authorities. However, Frontier One Inc. is a private company and we do not represent the RCMP or any division of government.


Since 2017, Frontier One Inc. has become one of Ontario's biggest fingerprinting agencies with thousands of fingerprints taken each year, including digital conversion of fingerprint cards sent from outside of Canada. As part of our expansion plans in 2022, we have been opening our offices in Calgary, Alberta to serve more residents in Canada.
